These guys have always been nice and knowledgeable. Everything that I ever need, I come here. They educate me on different products and up-to-date stuff. Super nice staff, highly recommended!!

Fantastic and friendly staff. Very knowledgable employee's who went above and beyond. One of the staff members even gave me half his sandwich! I'd recommend this shop to anybody!

I really like this vape shop. I got my first mod here and convinced my girlfriend to get one here too. The staff are very helpful and the juice selection is excellent. Maybe there are a few flavors they don't have compared to other shops, but I think there are plenty to enjoy. I only go to this shop.

Had a bad experience at the 19th Ave and Baseline location, where they sold me some things that did not work with my mod, but assured me that they would (I had it with me, but the guy I was working with seemed like he knew what he was talking about, so I took him at his word for it). Long story short, the District Manager Josh was in this location when I came in and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Josh, as well as sales representatives Zach and Mike were all super cool and understanding and helped me get everything sorted out. I wasn’t happy when I came in, but left as happy as someone could hope to be in an unfortunate situation. I can’t speak for the other Red Star’s, but I would actually recommend this location. Good people and good service.

Had a coupon came in guy was supper cool we talked about my mysterious coil that would fit for my vape we found the one that would work and I still use the same kind today. He was verry helpful and was supper respectful and knew alot about his industry & work. Clean on the inside to where u can relax set up your flavor and test them out and find out witch one best fits you... Stop in and check them out...

Great service. Decided to quit smoking and as soon as mentioned it they immediately raced to help me and were very resourceful and genuinely cared about what I desired. Instead of trying to upsell they helped me save money efficiently while also attempting to quit smoking. Which worked.

Red Star Vapor is my favorite vapor supply shop. They have 18 (yeah seriously) stores in AZ and have me covered from Surprise to Casa Grande, but this location is my home store. It's not the most well labeled location, so look for the Motor Vehicle Services next door. Every employee is helpful and nice, not condescending ever. Their rewards program + flavor of the day are really awesome, I left with two 30ml bottles of juice for $6.53 using my rewards and buying the flavor of the day. They also have very fair prices on hardware which helped when I had to replace my Smok mod in a hurry one day. Left with this Stick Prince and is going great!

Theyre selections of mods and other vapes was rather large compared to the other vape shops in thr area but i would still hit up some other shop for juices
