THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR THIS SMOKE SHOP IS A SCAM. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICES SO I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK ONLINE. ALMOST GOT TRICKED INTO PAYING OVER 100 DOLLARS MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS EXTREMELY CHEAPER ONLINE. THEIR STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER SMOKE SHOP

All I went in to purchase was a lighter... When I walked in, nobody was at the registers and after standing at the counter near a register for well more than a few minutes, a woman finally yelled out, "Can I help you?" from behind another counter while obviously still talking to someone on her cell phone... I said I just needed to get a lighter, and she said they were all out of lighters, (yep, that's right, she actually tried telling me that a smoke shop was completely out of lighters... But it gets even better, keep reading...) even though I was looking at several displayed on the counter in directly in front of me... So I said, "What about these?" She said "Oh..." begrudgingly, and only then did she stomp over towards me... Needless to say at this point, she was very rude in ringing me up deeply sighing and muttering under her breath to indicate her annoyance with my persistence in getting some service. Then, I only had a twenty dollar bill to pay for it... Heaven forbid!! She of course turned up her rude demeanor 100 notches by first starting to slam things around and then telling me she might not be able to break my 20!? She actually stood there after telling me that waiting to see if I would just give up at that point! When I just stared back at her, she asked if I want to go elsewhere, or wait for her to check the other registers for change... I said, "I can wait, as she proceeded to meander around the shop to check other registers. She was obviously attempting to illustrate to me what a pain in the a$$ I was to her... Her muttering got louder and I did, at one point, hear her say "Take a hint"! Wow! Just... Wow!! Needless to say, I was livid by the time I left! Service like this is completely unacceptable. A person should be able to purchase a freakin' lighter at a freakin' smoke shop without catching attitude like this from its employees! Unbelievable!

Just moved to AZ, went to two other smoke shops before this (they were run down and dirty) looking for flavored pipe tobacco, couldn't find it. Show up here and saw the usual "cheap" tobacco upfront, then Christian approached me asking what I could be helped with, I told him, and he escorted me to the walk in humidor with a $#@% ton of product.
