Stopped in the store today just to check the place out and I have to say....wow! Great selection of devices and juice. I will definitely be going back without question. Oh, and the associate, Grant...super chill, awesome guy! Thanks for the help today man! Appreciate it!

I’ve had great customer service in the past but today at the chandler location righter before it closed (even had the open sign up and lit while working with a customer) I had got rejected a simple sale because the guy in there was just straight lazy and wanted to go home? Or just had a bad day? I don’t know but either way usually great customer service but this employee was just completely rude about it and we still haven’t gotten help. Tempe location is much nicer and nicer people I guess. But this chandler location and that guy who was closing is just horribly funky. Don’t recommend this spot at all (Edit) Went in again and the dude that had rejected me started helping us out and was super kind and helpful. Funny and was on point with quality and service. He talk to me about what happened that day we tried to exchange something and it was just all bad timing (small misunderstanding on my end, I saw the open sign and they had just closed) with when we showed up and him leaving. Glad they helped us out though. Most businesses don’t make things right or think twice to. Will wanted to fix any problem there was and I thank him for that. The mi is the only thing of problems but they are slowly working the kinks out. Still prefer it over the suorin or smok and juul. Just hope the small kinks in the MI get worked out! Thank you for the help Will!

Update: I got in contact with the support team/owner and they shipped me a replacement. I appreciated their haste in getting me a product that worked. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My experience with this store has been very stressful. I came in looking for a whole new set up and had to come into the store 3 different times because the clerk was unable to understand that apparently. I was first sold the mod, left the store, no battery in the mod, bought the battery, left the store, next day the mod doesn’t work, come back to the store, not open sundays, come back Monday, closed at 7pm. Really? The hours aren’t even posted on the store window. I had to google the store info. Whatever. Come back Tuesday and find the clerk that sold me the mod is in a lethargic mood and unapologetic. He sold me a defective mod and I didn’t get any hint of an apology. He failed to tell me they don’t do returns as well. He did however call his manager which was no help. I ended up leaving the store with my broken mod and a piece of paper for warranty information to have it shipped back to the manufacturer for a replacement. To pour salt on the wound the clerk apologized to the customer after me for taking so long with me. Save yourself some money and time and order vape products online. This company clearly doesn’t understand professionalism in the slightest. Clerk in question is Grant.

I travel to Arizona often and everytime I visit i come to smoking vapor Chandler. They assit me with the best customer service. Haven’t been let down once after leaving the store. Top Vape Shop around AZ !!
