I LOVE Aloha Yoga and Hula. The studio atmosphere is fresh and inviting and it's clear by how everything is set up that the owner, Myriam, takes great pride in the studio. Myriam is kind and warm and an excellent instructor. I feel comfortable trying new things in class and appreciate her encouragement and guidance. I can feel my practice improving with each visit and I love it! I highly recommend visiting this studio!

I was attracted to Aloha Yoga and Hula the moment I saw the name, the second I set foot into the studio and when I first met Myriam. This place is filled with so much tranquility and it's not just the ocean/island-themed rooms! After my first yoga class I was overcome with excitement that I've met the studio for me. Overall, everyone is very welcoming and sweet there. Now, I am extending my practice to her dance classes! I recommend anyone to join.

This place is glorious!!! Where to begin... The studio: it's beautiful, it's tropical, it's clean, it's peaceful and well-equipped! The instructors: I've taken 3 classes so far with Myriam, the owner, including Intro to Hula, Belly Dance & Tahitian and they've all been great! She is amazing! She takes time to practice the different moves and teaches you ways to loosen the right muscles to ... well... dance accurately! & gracefully! She is also genuinely friendly and when I couldn't come to class because of surgery she offered to help if I needed anything! She is a professional and has been involved in many styles of dance since I think age 4. She is now "21" ;) On the note of 21, she looks 21 and leads a really healthy live style, which she teaches without forcing it down anyone's throats. Proof: I still eat tonnes of unhealthy food :) She also owns her own Organic Skin care line which smells delicious! Side-note: Took a friend to a Yoga, Massage & Wine night here at the beginning of the summer, and we both absolutely loved it. The cost: Really good, considering literally every class I have ever signed up for in the valley! Performances: It is not mandatory if you take the class, but you should check out any of her group dances at the Aloha fest every Spring in Tempe to see the results of taking the class! In summary, check it out, you won't regret it! I recommend coming on the 1st day of an intro class so you can learn a full routine.

I started going to Aloha Yoga and Hula about 3 months ago to try the Introduction to Polynesian Dance classes. We did different styles of both Hula and Tahitian dance. Myriam, the instructor is so patient and friendly. She made me feel right at home! I love the classes! I do Tahitian on Thursdays, its both a great workout and so much fun to dance! Highly recommend Aloha Yoga and Hula!

I am so glad I have found this place near my house. It offers great classes with great instructors. I attend classes offered by Myriam and Ashley and I enjoy both of them thorougly. Everytime I feel so refreshed and positive after attending the class. The owner and one of the instructors, Myriam, is a lovely person who encourages you and helps you believe in yourself. The small talk she gives at the end of each class fills you with positivity. And the neck massage she gives is a cherry on top.
