My friend and I haven’t been to a different vape shop for a year b/c we love this place so much and the staff is so personal, friendly and all around lovely people. We have not been disappointed or dissatisfied once :)

Dropped by today for some replacement cartridges for my Perkey. Brock and Steve were very quick to get me fixed up!!! These guys are really good at what they do. I frequent Digital Imports as well but always make time to stop by and see the dudes! These guys have helped me change my life. I was a tin of Copenhagen every 2-3 days kinda guy. Stopped in on a hunch that vaping may be a way to quit. They immediately made me feel welcome and have continued to for the last 4 years. Haven't touched Copenhagen since the first time i stopped in.Their knowledge of the industry and commitment to their customers is unbeatable! Only place to go for true advice! Top shelf boys.........Top shelf!

This is the best vape shop in calgary. Why? Because they know what they're talking about. They don't recommend things that you don't need. They will steer you in the right direction and best of all their juice is PREMIUM quality!

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. The employees are very rude and talked down to me the entire time like I was a child, and having them call me "honey" and "sweetie" did not help the situation. I am not impressed and I will not be coming back.

DO NOT BUY JUICE HERE. I was sold a juice on 04/18/2018 that had expired 01/08/2018. The half-wit working there who is also apparently the manager refused to replace the juice, saying the expiry date was a “misprint”. Even if that’s true, this product should not be sold until the correct expiry date is on the label. The product was expired and has a distinct expired juice taste. It’s not the first time I’ve run into this. But other shops stand by their products and replace defective ones. Avoid this place at all cost. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully no one gets sick.

Been coming here almost 3 years. Chris and Colton have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of products. This is the place to come if you want to quit smoking and vape. Thanks guys for keeping me cigarette free for almost 3 years.

I've been in here 5 or 6 times through last few years and always have had bad experiences. You could tell the staff didn't want to help at all. The prices are insane on juices, parts, supplies etc. They wanted $55 for a tank that sells for 24 at another shop in town. He had zero suggestions on juices even though i told him exactly what flavour i was looking for. Im blown away that this place is still open.

I was a little hesitant on coming to this shop from reading previous reviews. They were the only shop that had some of the mods in stock that I was cross shopping. Chinook location sent me here and I was amazed by there selection. The gentleman (can’t remember his name) that helped me was quite knowledgeable on the products being sold. I told him what I was cross shopping and he told me all the positive’s and negatives of each device. He even showed me to a few other mods that matched what I was looking for. All in all i’m happy I took the 30min drive and went home with an awesome Vaporesso Revenger X kit. Been loving it so far! Thanks guys

To expensive and no juice to test. Didn't have any of my favorite ejuice brands either. However the guy that helped me was sure helpful and knowledgeable about vaping hardware and mods. Actually talked me out of making a bad choice on something I was debating to buy (not from there but his knowledge helped me make the better choice)

Very helpful, knowledgeable and nice customer service. A lot of hardware options. Not a huge choice of juices but serviceable. Nice atmosphere with couches and lounge chairs. Would definitely go back, probably will.
