Stopped by this shop while visiting from Los Angeles. Such a unique look inside the shop; wish we had a store as good as this at home. Large variety of juice selection and customer service was an A+

I went in to hot shot vape after looking at reviews compared to other vape shops. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. I said “I need vape” he said trying to quit smoking? I replied yes. Not only did he suggest the vape I have now and have been using but he told me why it would work for me and the differences between vapes. He explained the juices, the coils, and the different wattage. I didn’t know anything about vapes when I went. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. The vape I needed was less exspensive then the vape I thought I wanted. If you go here ask for Tyler! This location is off of 32nd Ave NE.

Hot Shots Vapor on 315-2555 32nd Street NE

I went into the shop today hoping to figure out and/or buy a new charger for my existing vape. Figuring beforehand that my current vape was on the fritz I half expected to buy a new one today because I'm serious about quitting smoking cigs (the garbage ones of course). The fellow in the store was beyond excellent in all aspects of customer service and even if he was trying to upsell me certain products, he did it tactfully. (And I'm I sales myself, NO one can pull any wool over my eyes, even if the products are not known to me before purchase.) Well done. And will be going back to get any future vape needs, which I anticipate as I embark on my quitting the cigarettes.
