went in and wanted to try the Blotto RTA. i feel like i was robbed basically. $40 + tax for something i could have gotten online way cheaper. Element Vape has the same exact tank for $29.99! i understand having to remake money back....but i’m pretty sure they get a bundle deal for things...but $20 extra is robbing someone. wish i would have just waited and bought online. also...the guy that was working new nothing about rebuildable coils. i would suggest hiring people that actually know info when it comes to vaping. i had to go right back for the coils he sold me. they were not the correct recommendation. terrible experience. won’t be back.

I went in today to purchase a juice for my existing mod, but wanted to buy a lighter & smaller one to take with me to the hockey games. Robert was the one who was there today & I’m SO glad he was! He was so friendly & didn’t act like he wanted to rush me out. He took his time explaining each one I was interested in on how they worked, which offered better flavor, battery life etc. I finally decided on the one I wanted which was the Zero & after I purchased it he even showed me how to turn it on/off & fill it up. I left there feeling confident with what I had purchased because he took THE TIME I NEEDED! He was super friendly & I hope he is in there the next time I go in! Thanks Robert!! ✌🏼

First off, Thank you Robert for such a warm welcome into your store. If you are in need of a great location and you are a beginner, this is your store. Staff (Robert) is friendly, personable, and product detailed.Very thorough in answering any questions about your purchase. Provided clarity based on my needs. I made my first purchase here (starter kit) and will be returning on a regular basis. Can't wait to try more flavors.
