Don't waste your time and money, they won't give it I!!! asked I asked 5 times if 2 items would work together, was told yes each time. I even told the little girl that I can always just get my money back. After going across the street to the other Vape Escape, that guy was knowledgeable, somewhat but I told him I was going to get my money back. He said cool, have a good day. I go back to the wholesale store across from Walmart and even though nothing was touched, the little girl straight lied to me but they refused to give me a refund or anything. It's a scam even the owner/ manager Stephen, ,his response was I should have done more research but I know what I'm talking about, he knows his employees screwed up and instead of doing the right thing he blames the customer. I now know why the most knowledgeable person left Vape Escape and opened his own shop on Lorna Rd. This dude uses children to do his horrible business practices, what' a piece of garbage. Don't waste your time and money, you can't get either back

awesome location maybe a little more $ than a few local shops surrounding but they are there to help with defective products and they stand behind there products. its worth the extra few dollar mark up to get piece of mind on warranty.

It would be 5 stars if they weren't about to stop selling the PinUp Vapors e-juice. I know they make money from selling the 60ml bottles at $25, but they are going to stop selling them. Very sad, people rather worry about money than having satisfied customers.

Only vape shop I go to ..mostly because they ate the only ones who carry Juno products. Staff is knowledgeable and will switch out products if defective.

It was 👍, they were helpful, willing to take time to make sure I knew how one product vs another could make all the difference on vaping. So I could understand a little better what will enhance my vaping experience, pleasant atmosphere, like to get mms about specials so it does get the news out, proven to work that's why I was there.
