Customer service is average. Management needs improvement. Inventory is really hit and miss. Unfortunately they more often than not don't have the product I'm looking for. There rewards program is ok but their "free juice" selection is anemic to the point that I had to pass. It's really a shame since this is the nearest vape shop to me but I prefer to order supplies online to avoid the aggravation.
