One star...now Five. I am still not sure why, but on 7/8 I placed an order, on 7/9 it posted and shipping label made. Then nothing for 11days. After several emails and phone messages that went unanswered I had enough and demanded a refund. Within 30 minutes I finally got an email saying my refund was issued. That same night USPS tracking informed me my package was also on it's way. 7/23 received my order, 7/24 my money was returned. Thank you Sweet Vapes for going above and beyond!

My 1st RED FLAG should have been that there are NO reviews on their website .. I also should have done a more thorough job of researching this company BEFORE I placed my order ! What I originally found was a few older reviews mostly on vape blogs about some minor issues but other vapers stating they are a legit company and they have had no problem ... AFTER I started having shipping issues I looked harder for reviews and what I found is MY problems are standard proceedure for this company ! On Feb 8th (before 11am) I placed my order .. in less than 30 mins my credit card was charged and I was sent an order confirmation. The following day I still had NOT received shipping confirmation so I sent an email . They responded pretty quick with a tracking number telling me items had been shipped on the 8th BUT according to USPS they had received an electronic notice for pre shipment on Feb 9th .. so much for same day shipping before 11am . I sent 2 additional emails days later asking if my package was shipped on the 8th or 9th and IF my pkg was actually even shipped as there was NO movement on tracking .. emails went ignored ! Finally 4 days later I get an email from Sweet Vapes that USPS lost 15-20+ packages and they were giving USPS time to try to find them ... meanwhile I contacted USPS about MY missing pkg and according to them SV had not even opened an inquiry on my tracking number .. so I did. I then contacted SV and asked them how long they were giving USPS to find pkgs and when they would re-ship etc they emailed me back that USPS POLICY is 15 days BUT that SV would give USPS till the end of the week to find pkgs and IF they weren't found they would re-ship order .. they actually didn't answer WHEN they would re-ship. I emailed SV on Fri the 16th and asked them to either re-ship my order THAT DAY or REFUND my money AND to REFUND full amount as this is not a canceled order and the restocking fee DOES NOT apply according to the terms of their website.Within 2 hour i was emailed and told they would refund my order THAT DAY .. 5 days later there is still NO refund .. I emailed them them earlier today asking them to please take care of this today as they stated they would last week ! Several hours later after sending that email I received a email to confirm that a return transaction has been successfully processed .. to me that sounds like an approval to REFUND amount but nothing actually saying they've refunded back to my CC AND an hour later my CC does not show refunded either ... I had wondered if they can actually put the amount back on my card as fast as they took it off BUT I'm going With NO ! With any luck they do complete refund soon and I can be done with SV ! I have learned from this mistake and i hope this looooooong review helps AND saves some one else from this company who is either hit or complete miss ... I dont know how they stay in business this way with losing what would be potential customers and repeat customers .. had I not had this issue first time ordering it would have only been a matter of time till I did based on many reviews I've read . The prices might look good BUT when you tally up the cost of shipping ins and trust me .. dealing with this company youll want that +shipping cost + aggregation + time lost dealing with shipping issues +the lack of any real warranty coverage .. it's really not a bargain.. I guess the silver lining is that I never received products so I've been spared the nightmares I've read about regarding those issues . On a side note after SV told me they would refund my money I ordered from Vape Wild and received my order Tuesday .. it would have arrived Monday save that it was a holiday .. I actually ordered the same exact things + an additional pack coils, and with free shipping and not needing to pay that ridiculous but totally necessary evil shipping insurance fee the actual difference was less than 2 dollars with NO aggregation and the bonus of actually receiving products !

Ordered coils from them 3 times. The second time I ordered, the coils took over 2 weeks to arrive. This time I ordered, I never received an email stating that my order has shipped. When I sent the customer service an email stating that I wanted to cancel my order, they sent me an email stating that they had shipped my order. It stated in the tracking information that the USPS had not even received the product. The order was placed 7 days ago. The shipping time for this company is ridiculous. I suggest you have about a month before you run out of coils before ordering from them.

Ordered coils two weeks ago... Received tracking information 9/20. It's now 10/3 and tracking still shows it's in pre-shipment. I don't know what's going on... I've received orders promptly in the past.
