Terrible service. Slow and pompous staff. If you ever run into an issue you’ll find that out fast. Also, they try to modify any unit that has problems instead of replacing it. Most shops offer a 30 day replace with receipt.These guys don’t and if they modify or try to fix it, that is a liability on them and i believe it’s against Wisconsin Law. Updated to respond to Kevin the lying owner. You have a TERRIBLE REPUTATION for lying and hiding behind your staff, AND forcing people to speak to you through Facebook for customer service. Also regarding your answer, I took my business to Infinite Vapors and YES they do replace a non-working unit. That's something they told me before I left with the new unit after the faulty one you sold to me and even instructed me to save the box and receipt. Brought a friend of mine there to get a vape pen and they said the same thing to her before she left. Maybe you should think before you start talking about other people's businesses that obviously you know nothing about.

for Madison and the Madison area this place was nice to go to decent prices and friendly staff probably the friendliest in town, but just like the others around town it seems way way to small and doesn't seem to have a lot of choices when it comes to mods and tanks and so on and so forth. I would recommend this place for juice not for shopping for mods go online way more choices.

Went in to get ejuice and new coils for my wife. The gal working there was super friendly and helpful - saved me from getting the wrong coils by double checking compatibility with photos of my wife's vape. Also made some great suggestions for me. Thank you! I'll certainly be visiting again!

Would of definitely gotten a 5 star but when I came to get my juice at 11:20 the store wasn’t even opened on time so I had to go somewhere else. And there were about 4 other people waiting to do business here.
