I am a little bit irate writing this review, but I'll still try to be as fair as possible. For the location, it is a fine shop. The staff running the place are friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection, while not crazy huge, is accommodating to most palates. Their pricing and rewards system will irritate you if you're hoping for something extraordinary or impressive, but it's still fair; and they mostly make up for it with special sale days on juice which they will text you about if you've given them your number. They are operating on a pretty rigid system of rules however, and cannot work with you very much on deals or savings. Even their rewards system has several regulations. you cannot use rewards points to discount an item, you can only use them if you have the exact amount it takes for an item. It's somewhat confusing how they explain it, and every time I've tried to use "reward points" I've ended up just paying full price for the juice, even after visiting the place fairly often and accruing a decent amount. If the store could be a bit more lax with customers, this place would definitely get 5 stars from me, however there's too much room for improvement in my opinion.

Stopped in today to learn more and switch to vape. Heaven was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a lot of flavors to choose from.
