Scheduled service for fridge. Was advised of rate for repair visit (I believe it was $75). Stated while they were here, could they show us how to screw the front panel back on stove. Had taken off when cleaning and couldn't get back on. Was told that was a separate appliance, and would be another $75 for what basically amounted to turning around and using a screwdriver. Canceled my appointment and scheduled with another repair company who was happy to show me how to screw the front panel back on my stove and did not charge me anything additional for this three minutes of assistance.

Just this morning they did a home service for my busted Roper dryer and the technician Otis was very courteous and helpful in pointing out the reason why the machine wasn't working. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and even gave me some pointers to keep the longevity of the machine. I would say they provide an excellent service that matches your budget. Highly recommended :)
