Fat boy has a wide array of juices and box mods for the consumer at very great prices for a brick and motor store. The selection is wide and will please the entry level to the professional. The customer service is also great. I recommend greatly

Have gone to more than one location and honestly I am not much of a fan. Feel like the staff is more attentive at this location, but it feels like they never have what I want in stock at either location. Not to mention the staff is either too busy or doesn't seem to care much you are in. Went to Brickhouse after and got treated much better.

If you need good, no b.s. information, this is the place to go. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. If you break your device, it is illegal to return them, so that's of no fault to the store. Do your research before you buy a device, ask friends, look at device reviews. The people that work here know their stuff, but only you, the consumer, can make a decision that will fit your needs. If it turns out you don't like the device or the liquid, their hands are tied. These folks will bend over backwards to try and make sure you leave happier than when you came in, even if you leave without making a purchase. However, they can only do so much if your attitude sucks, and they cannot break the law to accommodate what YOU think you think they should do. Learn the laws, be an informed consumer, or even just ask those types of questions BEFORE making your purchase. *Edit* I've been coming to this location for over 2 years, and their prices haven't changed much, if at all. Coil packs have maybe gone up by $1 in 2 years, and liquid prices have actually gone down by about $1-$2, depending on the brand. If you change devices, coil packs vary in price by brand and tank type. Again, not the fault of the store if you switch devices/liquids and the prices are different. Pricing is very fair and they are very selective of the liquids they bring in.

Had been my fave vape store in Vancouver. Has turned into an awful, filthy, insanely expensive shop. Prices have increased exponentially. Owner and an early 20s employee are both too busy hanging out with friends at the back of the shop to provide any type of decent service anymore. It is possible to stand there waiting for 5 to 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Liquid quality and variety they carry has plunged. Kits, tanks, and liquids have doubled in price, as the quality and service has declined, even coils that I used to get for $2 are now $4-5 a piece, and a 5 pack of them I was getting for $4.95 are now $15! On top of all that knowledge about product has gone from excellent to non-existent. Found a much better shop less than 3 min away cased FUSE. They mix liquids to your standards and preferences and charge a third of the price to do so. Plus they sample, and you can bring your liquid back for tweaks to flavor and VG/PG ratio for free. Save yourself a headache and some $ and visit FUSE instead. Original review a year ago: Only lost a star because of one employee that is so burned out and clueless he can't answer simple questions, and thought that the strength of your liquid is a factor in the battery voltage and coil resistor. The only factor that affects the resistance and voltage is the PG/VG ratio! Young kid, long wavy hair in a ponytail, wearing a hat. This was about 2 months ago. Haven't seen him again so hopefully he's been let go. All other staff have been wonderful.
