Not a big fan of their flavors. The customer service was ok... but the flavors were just not very good. Very thin liquids too with no high vg options for "cloud chasers." Trying the liquid directly on my tongue was strange too. They didn't offer any other option. I did end up buying some out if curiosity... I won't be doing that again.

I've been into Zombie Juice a couple of times and every time I walk in, I'm greeted with the same familiar smiles. The customer service is great! The staff is very experienced with what they are selling, and very friendly. Their products are legit, I've never bought a bad e-cig or bad flavor from Zombie Juice. If I was to recommend an e-cig store to one of my friends, I wouldn't hesitate to urge them to visit Zombie Juice.

Horrible service. Horrible. I have been into Zombie Juice twice and I will not make the mistake of going in a third time. The first visit I had thought I would check them out since they are in a convenient location next to my favorite game store. I wanted to try their ecigs and flavors, and I happened to be in the market for a new unit. I came in planning on spending $200. By the time I left half an hour later I had not tried anything. They spent the entire time burning out the nicotine juice off a unit and telling me how horrible my decision to buy from the largest ecig dealer in Spokane was. When I asked about trying a flavor, they wanted me to put the nicotine juice directly on my tongue. Anyone with any experience with ecigarettes knows that the nicotine in liquid form is disgusting, it needs to be vaporized in order to have a pleasant flavor. I left frustrated and spent my money at Smart Smoke. Today I went in again, loathing that I had to due to my prior experience, but I had little choice. Smart Smoke has had some stocking issues and I was in desperate need of a few atomizers. I came in asking if they had any that would work with my battery, which they didn't. The woman I spoke with then said, in a very rude tone "You just need to get a freaking ego". When I told her that I didn't like them she got offended and snapped at me asking why. I explained that I don't like the way they hit, and I have tried 3 different varieties of them, and she rolled her eyes at me. At this point I turned and walked out. When I go into a store, I don't expect to get treated like royalty, but I do expect to be treated with some respect. I would never expect to be spoken down to, ridiculed, or snapped at by someone who wants me to spend money in their establishment. I have never been treated this badly in any retail establishment, especially not more than once.

Customer service was awful...it seemed like I was actually bothering the employee by wanting to purchase something. The juice that I wound up buying is garbage.
