Vapor Lounge on 1517 N. Pines Rd

Griffin is the BEST. Any time I have problems with my device he goes out of his way to figure out the problem as well as a solution that works for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and offers suggestions for new parts or upgrades and makes sure I am happy with the results. As a former smoker I definitely would suggest his services and highly recommend him and vapor lounge in general.

Thank you vapor lounge for always being so fantastic every time i go in there! Anytime i needed advice or problems with my device i new i could come in and see Griffin. He is super knowledgeable and always accommodating. Great place and staff!

Griffin is always amazing! He’s been so helpful on my journey to quit smoking! I’ve been the pain in the rear customer and he handles every situation as delicately as he could (way above normal customer service) let me tell you I’ve given him a run for his money and he’s had a solution at the end of every awful problem I’ve had! Vapor lounge was the final stop to me quitting smoking after 20 plus years of smoking but Griffin was the ease I needed when things weren’t perfect!

Just bought a mod in there today. Incredible customer service. I love outstanding customer service! Griffin is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I definitely don't give five stars lightly, but these guys and the one on Regal, South Hill are incredible! Keep up the great work. As a business owner, I would be very proud of these guys!

I have always been treated very nice by the people who work here! However, it has become officially consistent that they are sold out of the coils that I go there to buy. They then kindly let me know which other vapor lounge locations in Spokane have them. But I find it odd that the other locations have always had what I need available, but that 7 out of 8 times, this location does not. I think they are great besides that! But it's beginning to really frustrate me.

They have a decent selection and great customer service. The store also runs a discount for every certain amount you spend you get $10 off. They keep up with the technology as well. Plus if you are just starting they really help you out. They will allow you to test out everything. They will also find the perfect set up for you.

The staff at this location always make me feel very welcome, I enjoy coming in here. They make sure to greet every customer, even when they are busy. I love the customer service and the dedication they show, as well as how knowledgeable they are.

Over the past year I've genuinely enjoyed all of the vapor lounge stores I've visited until i visited the Shadle location. Ruthi has been extremely rude to me and the other people people I see enter the store. She treats customers like children and I can't even imagine how terribly she must treat her staff. She continually undermines the intelligence of her customers and has sold me the wrong product multiple times without refund. I've seen her insult her own employees in front of the multiple customers. As far as I know, one of the employees she insulted no longer works there and the other is still working at this location. I don't mind paying the marked up prices here, because I want to support a local business. With that being said I can't support the hire of such a rude employee.

The manager of this store really took care of me. My kids had purchased an E cigarette for my birthday from here and I had thrown the box out. She fixed it for me at no charge with not even having proof of purchase! Wow she really takes care of her customers! I have highly recommended her store to two of my friends. Thank you for your superior customer service!

The crew at Airway heights vapor lounge is absolutely amazing! They always help me find the right product for me & they actually care about how I feel as a customer! Jenny always has great recommendations for devices, Caleb & James always help me find the perfect flavors! Overall, they do a fantastic job out here & I consider them as friends. They just make a great environment that much better!

I love this Vapor Lounge and it’s because of Jenny and Caleb that I won’t go anywhere else. They have been an enormous help whenever I’m trying to decide on juice flavors. I can usually tell either of them what I’m looking for and they always know exactly what to recommend. They’ll even tell me when something isn’t that great. I trust their judgment with juice and with questions about the functions of a mod. They are very, very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have always enjoyed the laid back vibe in the stores.

Hands down best service I've had in a vape shop to date, Caleb was super helpful the entire time and even helped set me up with some amazing juice! I will definitely be shopping here for all my vape necessities!

I have nothing but praise for the workers at the Vapor Lounge in Airway Heights. The crew there is not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about products and the vaping industry. They are very easy to talk to and offer solid advice regarding hardware and juice. I'd like to see more inventory, but I understand the cost in keeping a large stock on hand. The items they offer are a great range from beginners just trying to kick "the habit" to full fledged cloud chasers. Always a joy to stop in when we are passing by.

These guys are extremely helpful. Twice I brought in my vape and said it doesn't work, please fix it. They changed the coil with a smile and did not try to sell me anything! I did purchase the coil I needed, but nothing else! Super friendly. I will Def go there for all my vape questions and supplies!

First off...this place has fantastic customer service. The young guys working are knowledgeable and always in a good mood. You have a great product selection and good prices. I was in today and there were 3 people working. The problem is, there is only one cash register. That means I have to wait in line to purchase my product while listening to the liotering idiot “customers” sitting in the chairs and experience their massive vapor cloud, warm from their lungs, that is engulfing the store. I know you don’t get to choose your clientele but you have the power to make your store run more efficiently. The employee helping me was also annoyed by these two. I’m big on time management and prefer that my time isn’t wasted while I’m trying to spend money. Buying a vapor product, when I know what I need, should not take more than a couple of minutes. I would love to see you add another register and then this place would be closer to 5 stars. Please let your employees know what a great job they are doing. Thank you!

The shop I stopped into when I bought my first kit. And RARELY (if at all) shop anywhere else. Stop in weekly to refill on liquids or build equipment. Great atmosphere and great people working there (shoutout to Josh and Griffen!) always the shop I recommend to people and my first stop when I have any questions! Thanks for everything guys! And if you need anything vape related. Stop in to one of these stores!

I absolutely love this place the customer service is amazing the selection is fantastic everybody is very very kind everybody was very helpful when I was going in to try and stop smoking and I could not pick a better place to go for any of the products that they are actually trying to sell it is phenomenal. You can just tell that Josh Mason and Brayden all love their job and love helping people who are in their store it's great!
