I come in here once a week and always have an awesome experience! The people that work here are really nice and helpful. I usually see Austin and he is really wonderful! Super nice, friendly, and helps me with any questions or whatever I need. 10/10. def. recommend

Went in to this store completely uneducated and unaware of what I wanted, left with an awesome set up and better understanding for what I was looking for. The staff (Justin and Austin) we're very knowledgeable and willing to help! I highly recommend this store, and will be returning, simply based on the awesome customer service here

Awesome experience! I knew little to nothing about vapes and Justin took the time to help me through the whole process. When I got home I looked up the vape that he sold me and it was highly recommended and I got a great price. Justin rocks!

No returns accepted under any circumstances the staff behind the counter is usually very rude and short with you. I brought my MOD in to make sure i got the correct cartridge and He sold me the wrong coils and refused to swap them for the correct ones that the owner sold me when I bought my mod. Don't go here! There are many other vape shops where the staff is actually polite, helpful and happy.

Awesome place. The guy behind the counter was incredible. He taught me how to change the vape coil (the brand name, for me, SMOK, will be etched into the coil and will be able to be read right side up when it is seated correctly), how to clean it (cotton swab), and most impotant to me, how to tell when a coil is dead and needs changing (the part of the coil that sits closest to the battery will look charred). Invaluable help to me! Thanks so much, will see you for all my vape needs in the future.
