I've been coming to this family owned business since the day they opened the first shop on Pacific in Tacoma. I have spent hundreds of dollars since then and recommeded like crazy to anyone that vapes. The men in the family run the shop on Pacific, and are great! However, the women in the family run the Meridian shop and they are disrespectful. 9 out of 10 times, they don't even have product in stock. The owner is nice (most of the time) but her 2nd in charge is always rude if the owner isn't there with her. It's the 2nd in charge female that has indefinitely driven me away from this location. Every time I've been @ this location (20+) I feel like I am nicer to them then they are to me. It never fails that every time I go here, I wish I would have gone to their Tacoma shop. Avoid this place! Drive 1 1/2 miles down Meridian to DC Vape and save yourself a headache and horrible customer service! You'll thank me later!! Fyi to Vaperz on Meridian....good customer service is supposed to be "good" service. I don't care if you don't prefer the color of my skin or don't like me when you don't know me, I'm a repeat customer and you should pretend that your day is great because I'm not the one who ruined your life. SMILE and be nice, it pays the rent! Just a thought...
