My EXPERIENCE was AWESOME actually love this store i prefer gojng yo them over other stores , i ESPECIALLY liked the worker named BRI !! SHE WAS SUPER SWEET AND VERY HELPFUL!!

Went in to get a drip tip for my tank and I told them what size I needed and they gave me the wrong size. Imedietly went back inside and told them I wanted my money back and they wouldn't let me so I exchanged it for some of their vape juice the juice was even recommended by an employee. It was terrible!! How is that what you call an "amazing" flavor?? Will never go there again. Waste of my time and money and the vape juice went in the trash!

Went in there for the first time today to buy juice, really nice person I talked to and down to earth. Unfortunately the prices and the quality I got don't reflect each other. Really expensive 30ml $21 after tax. Normally get name brand juice for $16 after tax it is smooth and tastes good also is a 60ml. So probably won't go back.

I went into the marysville location and found some very unknowledgable employees, terrible service and not good prices, I went in to see if they have glass replacement for my prince, at the time there was only the one prince out not the baby prince,all I wanted was glass no help with my coil nothing else. First the lady kept asking which prince I had well there’s only one prince so product knowledge of employees were low which turns out she had to call her manager and look around the shop to find it and they had none. But while I was looking at juices I turn to look and the employee has plyers on my tank trying to get my coil off which I did not ask for I asked what she was doing she said she couldn’t get it off handed me my tank at think point she ruined my coil so I had to take it out but I easily unscrewed it with my hand completely unnecessary to use plyers on my tank which had left my tank with pain chips out of it that were not there before! I’m very unhappy with the service I received and would not recommend shop to anyone and I will not be returning, I would rate 0 stars if possible

I have gone to this shop with my daughter's dad and gotten his first vape pen and juice 3 year ago. The shop owner was so nice and funny. I'm not sure if Cowboy would remember me but I do definitely recommend that people should go to this shop just to talk with him. He is so knowledgeable of what he knows. Thank you for helping my daughter's dad get his stuff from your shop Cowboy. Hope you are doing well.
