Overcharging and spreading false rumors about other stores nearby to cover up their overpriced products. Rude people, and completely overcharged me. Could have bought the same mod almost half the price anywhere else.

I have to say that this place does have the best prices on Vape juice in the area. I'll give them that. And the staff is really friendly, no denying that. However, there have been a number of times that I have shown up at the opening time or half an hour before the closing time, and no one has been there. This can be frustrating when you make just enough time to make that stop, and end up not having any juice for your whole work day. I can understand that once in a blue moon an opener may not show up on time, or something may happen to cause a closer to have to leave early. Such as the way of small business. But it's happened a little too often to be reliable. If you intend to shop here, I would do so between noon and 7 p.m. I would like to give this place five stars, but the frustration I'm showing up any posted time and seeing no one there is too great.

I have been a customer of Vape Next for over 2 years. They have always given me professional customer service. They have a great knowledge base of their products. Always made things right when something went wrong with their products. Which hasn't been very often but still they made it right. Very friendly and kind. Clean shop. Organized products. I am always in and out quickly. Regarding the sign on the door saying they will be back in 5 minutes. Yes this does happen rarely and I have waited the 5 minutes and they came right back. All who are complaining about this ... Have ever thought of what it would be like to be the ONE employee in the shop and you have to go to the bathroom etc. Wouldn't you put a sign up? You are so special they must hold it all day just cause you arrived? lol Sorry but these people are just like anyone else. Trying to make a living. It is not always feasible to have 2 employees working. Have some compassion.
