Went in yesterday with my girlfriend and was greeted right away by Amy. She was very helpful in helping me find a mod and tank didnt pressure us a bit to buy anything let my girl and i talk about it while she helped another customer. Amy you made our experience and time there awesome, thanks again for the awesome setup! We will definitely come back because of your great customer service and friendly personality.

I love going into this shop, the environment is always relax and calming. The thing that keeps me going to this shop is the customer service, Chase always greets everyone with a smile and makes it is priority to help everyone with everything from new mods, tanks or juices. Would definitely recommend this shop to any vapers out there from new vapers to people who have been vaping for a long time.

Probably the best vape shop in the tri-cities. Chill aroma, nice place to hang out. The manager here chase works hella with anyone on nice prices. Best prices anywhere in the tri-cites! Come check it out!

This shop was fabulous from the moment I walked in the door was greeted by a exstremly knowledgeable and friendly staff. . I Am new to the vape world chase informed me on what would be best for me as a beginner.. I love what I bought not to mention this place has the best selection and variety of Premium highend juices. The atmosphere was super chill. I even hung out and vaped listened to music and chit chatted with other customers. I defintly give this amazing shop 5 gold stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love electric Cloud.... ..thank you Gloria
