I can’t give this store enough praise. They staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection. The store is always clean. They have a good rewards system so you are always getting some sort of discount. I will never go go to another vape shop! Best place ever. I highly recommend!

Used to be my one stop shop. Customer service went to hell as of late. At least the guy in this location knew what wasn't carried and what is currently in stock. If you're a cloud chaser, The Vaporium is for you. If you vape to keep from smoking, I would go elsewhere. Plenty of better choices. Vaporium was awesome when it first opened. What happened?

I don't know what happened to the customer service at this store. First I walked in to pick up some Ejuice waited five minutes and could not get waited on and I had an appointment so I left. The next day I called and asked them to look at my past account for the flavor of Ejuice I have bought from them in the past. I told them I was going to send my husband down to pick it up and did they have it in stock. I was told they had it and my husband went down and picked it up. I didn't read the bottle because I was told they had my flavor. I opened the bottle the next day and smoked a couple of Puffs and got instinctly sick to my stomach following a headache. Needless to say it was the wrong flavor and when I had called I was very clear that I can't smoke sugary flavor. I called the store back and here was the excuse they gave me. "The company changed their packing and that's why I got the wrong flavor". I was not getting a refund!!!! MY LOSS $28.38 because I opened it. I will send it back to them and get my money back the legal way thru the bank. I will make legal complaints to the BBB and attorney general. People that can't take responsibility for their mistakes shouldn't be in business.

They are amazing, been to 5 different vape stores trying to find coils for my tank. They finally had them, amazing customer service, and lots to choose from in everything. I'd give 6 stars if I could haha
