This place is great! Quality juice! A great selection of starter devices and more advanced ones too! If you don't know the name of your coils, tank, or box mod, bring it in with you if possible. It helps the employees, help you, to be able to look at it and confirm its the right one. The staff also know a lot about starter devices and can answer any questions someone might have, and can help figure out which device is best to start with depending on what you want and what your budget is.

Fantastic pricing and great service. I live in Alaska and usually when they say 'Fast Shipping' its like a week. I ordered products on Thursday, had them on Monday, well packaged and good to go. Also responded to another inquiry I had on a product in just an hour or two. Placing another order right now. GOOD STUFF.

from start to finish there was no problems whatsoever. I ordered a noisy cricket mod from vapenw on Saturday afternoon and it showed up 3 days later to my surprise. exactly what I ordered and twice as fast as expected. never had an online shopping experience that worked this well. thanks vapenw, you will see a lot of business from myself and everyone I know. prices were better than reasonable, and the speed of the shipping is unmatched.

You probably won't have any problems ordering from VapeNW, but if you do, that's where the trouble starts! The mark of a great business is how they handle problems. Sure, any business can sell you products and get them to you, but what if there is a problem? If I was to review VapeNW on my first transaction, it would surely have been a 5-star review. I bought a product through their website and it got here amazingly fast and worked as I had hoped. The second purchase was priced right and got here incredibly fast as well... But there was a problem. This one was defective and needed to go back. They dragged their feet getting back to me. Then they wanted to go back and forth in email trying to figure out how I was using it wrong. Finally, they asked me to produce a video of the item not working properly before they would agree to take it back. They received it from me in it's original packaging in 2 days. I shipped it back on my dime with insurance and tracking. They took my original purchase price (less any shipping or return shipping) and added it into my account on their site as "store credit". After responding that I did not want store credit, they finally did refund the original purchase price back to my card (less the total of $12.00 paid in shipping). Now, their policy is that they do not refund shipping costs, but the policy also states that they will send a return label to ship defective items back which they did not. They were out of stock on the item I was returning, but I suspect that if they would have had it in stock, they would have made me pay return shipping once again to get the replacement. In other words, after they make you jump through hoops for 2 weeks to return a defective item, you as the customer will be the one who is responsible for the losses due to the defect.You will be out $12.00 and they will be out nothing. If they were to change their exchange policy and at least meet me half way on the shipping, I would gladly offer them a 5-star review. Yes. $6.00 would make all the difference and would earn me back as a customer, because, at the end of the day, it isn't about the $6.00, it's about the cost of doing business and treatment of the customer. So while all of this may not sound all that bad, why only one star? Because VapeNW shifted all of the responsibility of their defective item onto me. They failed to honor their own policy with regard to sending me a shipping label for the return. They wasted my time by making me jump through hoops to get it returned. I truly thought I was going to have to file a dispute with my credit card provider to get a refund. I won't file a dispute over the return shipping cost, I just won't buy from them anymore. If Vape NW decides to do the right thing and treat me like a customer, I will happily change this review to reflect that.
