As I have been to many different smoke shops in the surrounding areas and all of them inside DesMoines I would have to say this one is hands down my favorite of them all and as they are not the cheapest they are not the most expensive either. Possitive, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Worth the few extra cents more. I'd give them a 10 but only 5 is allowed. Thanks guys!

The older man who is not the owner is very rude and disrespectful to women.He sold my wife a vape juice that was open and not full and refused to change it after it was paid for.I had to go in and demand the exchange.He must be from a culture where he only deals with men and sees women as second rate people.This is America and women are just as good if not better than men.If you can't deal with that get out of America or you won't make it long here.

Language barrier. The clerk behind thd counter spoke little to no English. Could not answer any questions or help with items nor recommendations. Pointless IMHO.
