These guys are great! They always keep at least one bottle of my juice on hand. Roy is the best. There aren't many stores I walk into where I can sit and BS with the guys for an hour. Amazing customer service... I won't buy my juice from anywhere else. These guys know their stuff and they care about their regulars.

Great selection of juice, lots of vape hardware for every skill level. Even carry some parts for extreme builders. Team members are amazing at knowing the products, unless the team member is new. That's when they ask alot of questions of the boss.

I give them 1 star because i like their products sometimes. However, one of the employees called me a LIAR because he didnt believe I was buying a product for my boyfriend, who I always come in with. I told the employee you dont call your customers liars wether you believed them or not. He proceeds tool start an argument and told me to go get my boyfriend if i wasn't lying. So I face time my boyfriend and the employee says "yeah i know who your boyfriend is, he comes in here all the time " he knew him on a first name basis, we are regular customers, at that point he realized i wasnt lying. Mind you the manager was standing there the WHOLE TIME. Instead of correcting his employee about calling me a liar, the manager also jumps on me. WORST experience from a store I had EVER received. Crazy part is I use to love the store and I use to only go there because the manager was my favorite person. Also I was previously told no children allowed in the store because you have to have ID to be in there. I went in there last night and saw 2 little girls around the ages of 6 and 7 who were kids of a customers behind the counters running around and nothing was said to the customer or the kids.

Came in 16 days ago want to get set up on nic.salts. not looking to spend too much. The two guys end up suggesting a set up suorin air and 2 bottles of e-juice of nic.salt. juice was great till the pod system quit working. Came in today and got the your over the 2 week return b.s. and then nothing. You guys suck as a retailer and just lost a long going send s. Amount of many customer. Guess I'll save my money from your jack up prices anyways. Recommended to shop around before buying here. They don't give sh.ts about you just your money.
