Do not buy from this shop!! My boyfriend purchased a cape from them. It melted I'm his pocket!! He brought it back to the store, only to be told by a young lady who refused to identify herself, that "I didn't make it"!! They didn't replace or try to assist with the issue. This could've injured him seriously. They also didn't inform him during the purchase that he was on his own after it was bought. Her attitude was very smug to say the least...What happened to customer service? Needless to say, this company assumes no liability whatsoever for the products that they sell.

The girl working there couldn't get off her phone to help educate me me on the whole vaping thing. Finally I thanked her for her time and told her put your phone down and do your job.

Thank you for the excellent service I just received! After being so rudely treated at a shop elsewhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I am so thankful that I did! This place treats you like a valued guest of honor. The perks of iVape cash, raffles, and such lovely service and FREE vape juice testing, good gracious: other vape shops need to take a lesson from this place!
