Terrible Service. I dealt with a girl with blonde hair and tattoos. She was very rude and completely mean. Always giving me attitude and honestly one of the worst experience I've had there. Would not recommend this store. Other Avail's are way better. Maybe if they changed staff to the old staff it might be well again.

I went to Avail not to long ago was helped out by Dani she was wonderful and helped me understand the differences between different CBD items and different vapes, she helped me fine the right CBD oil which is a yummy apple flavor and she help me pick out a vape juice that taste like starburst, on top of that she helped me become a member and talked about the tobacco product they had with my husband and gave him a sample. Her manager there was also friendly and inviting. I will deff. Be coming back to this store again great customer service!!!

Stay away. Utterly ridiculous corporate self-mandated policies. I wanted to purchase some coils (no juice, just coils), and I didn't have my driver's license on me, so they wouldn't sell them. I am a FIFTY year old man, with a GRAY beard. I stopped getting carded for tobacco and alcohol about 2 decades ago. Please, tell me, how on EARTH coils are even remotely a controlled substance. Do we get carded at a grocery store for buying matches? Ridiculous.
