This place is great! I’m a first time vapor, and Alex, and Jacob were there to help me choose the right device for my needs. They also recommended certain liquids to fit my taste buds. The store is very inviting, and a huge selection of products to choose from. If your into vaping and haven’t been here, you need to get here ASAP. You won’t be disappointed.

Love this place. Staff is welcoming and so knowledgeable about their products. Usually they can help you find what you're looking for with just a short description. It's hard to remember sometimes the name of a vapor but they make it easy. Offer suggestions, pricing discounts. I know most of the staff by name!

Very clean, efficient and easy to navigate, the store was beautiful. Thr juice selection was all house juices, no random name brands. Delicious selection and a knowlidgable staff made the experience pleasant and easy.

Everyone here is very knowledgable, and always willing to help. They treat you with respect and don't act like you are just a walking dollar sign to them. I am horrible with names but the young lady with dark hair and tats on her arms is amazing! She will spend as much time as you need explaining everything, setting everything up and will not divert her attention from you unless absolutely needed. Love this place and the people who work here. Keep up the great work everyone!!

The prices are a bit higher than most other shops in the area and the sales people will try aggressively to upsell you. It was very clean and well organized. The juices are good too. I personally think there are better shops, but if you need juice, this is not a bad option.

Austin was very helpful. Good attitude. As a novice to this I felt a little uneasy about going into the store. Austin quickly put me at ease and led me through a few well-thought-out options. He supported me even after I got my purchase home and needed assistance. I called the store and he walked me through the steps I needed to take to make this a truly great customer service experience. I really like Avail Vapor because it's clean, and the staff are both professional and knowledgeable. I am relatively knew to vaping and I asked many questions. Matt helped me and was kind and patient. I have been to a couple of different vape operations around town and Avail was, by far, the best!
