Easily the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. They are great with recommendations and have always taught me how to use/set up new mods/ change the coils on the ones that I already have. They have a great points program that add up to free juices! The hardest part is deciding which flavors that I like best ☺️

I bought a Mi-Pod because the girl in-store had recommended it over the other mini-vapes about a week ago. Well the airflow sensor on the device has decided to not function correctly and needs replacement. Before I warranty the device, Smoking Vapor recommended that I contact them first. I have no problem with a shop declining a return on a product sold as is. What I do have a problem with is when the shop lies to me today on the phone. Lady picks up when I call, I explain her my situation (its the same one who sold me it). She states that the Mi-Pods will stop being sold because of this issue and having so many people coming in for it. So my question is, if you knew the product was flawed, why the hell did you sell me it in the first place? Not only did you sell it to me, you recommended it to me over all the others! I wouldn't have minded paying more for something else if it was better. I think they knew about this issue long before I bought it which is about 1 week ago. This business I feel just wanted to get rid of them and doesn't want to take responsibility for lying and selling their customers bad products which show's how much they care about us. I've been coming here for a while, probably not anymore. I'll just buy online. Stick to selling juice if you're not going to stand behind the vendors you offer for vape devices. How about you cut your losses with a bad product instead of cutting losses with your customers who bring you a constant flow of money?

Store was well stocked and the worker named Suhayb was very friendly and super helpful! I highly recommend house of vape for people new to vaping and people in general!

Awesome shop! Set-up is clean, modern, wide variety of juices and wide variety of testers! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I don't live in that area but make it a point to stop there anytime I'm I the area. Great customer service. Every visit is a pleasure!

When entering the store, I immediately liked the atmosphere. The store is clean and well laid out so you can peruse without feeling lost. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Not only that, they were able to answer all my questions in granular detail.

Awesome place! The people here are incredibly nice and the variety of liquid they have is enough to satisfy the most demanding vapers. Their sampling concept is the best i have ever seen. P.S. Try the house juice and you won't be disapointed ;)

Got 2 new juices, Killer Kustard and VCT. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. Shop is following social distancing and there is hand sanitizer and masks available.

The place looks fresh. Super clean and sleek inside. Friendly peeps there and lots of good juices. Decent location as well on Church St with parking available. Reason I'm writing this review - I ran in the other day right at closing on a weeknight, but dude kept the store open anyway and found me the exact coils that I needed. THANK YOU!!!
