Cristina and Alex were so helpful. I wasn't getting what I wanted from my current tank. The store was getting ready to close but the employees took their time to help me upgrade and set up my new tank. Great products, cutomer service and prices!

Round guy behind the counter is always super high, needle high. I walked in and this guys shooting up in the back door way. Pause five minutes.... finally walks out and just runs straight to the computer screen. Wait 3 minutes..... can I help you says the round guy. I asked him about vape flavors and he starts mumbling and seemed drowsy. Then cuts in and out of awareness, has no clue what he’s taking about then opens his drowsy eyes and rewinds that all back. I just walked out. Place looks premium and has nice stuff inside. But employees like that will run business away.You get what you pay for.

Just left this place. I know they close at 9 but I just needed some juice and wanted to take a look since I have never been. As soon as I walk in the person behind the desk asked for an id which is great. But then after that it was just bad customer service. I was getting aggravated, so I just left since the fat person behind the desk wasn’t showing excellent customer service. I have worked retail and I know how it feels when customers coming in when it’s almost time to close. I still provide excellent service. What ever his name was, he was a dick. Point blank.

I really like this location mainly because of the sale rep named Gino. He is very informative, friendly, patient and I have never felt pressured to buy any products. He's very professional and he's probably one of the main reasons why we like to go to this location frequently. He truly goes out of his way to help me and my family. Another female employee there is also very friendly and helpful as well. Of course we like the avail vapor's liquid as well. Thanks Gino!
