Best place to shop for your tobacco needs — a true one stop shop. The employees are friendly and helpful and the new management is working fabulously to cater to the needs of their customers. I recommend this store to my friends and family.

Seemed very helpful in person. However I got a box of wrapped cigars and they tasted funky almost stale. They way they are packed you get five in a pack... 15 in a box. I guess they have a no return policy but I'm stuck with these terrible tasting cigars still in the pack that should have been an easy return or refund. But the lady on the phone just said sorry no returns. I have been going to this store every time I come back home for over 15 years... Something seemed different about it this time maybe new management.

Have been coming here for years but now it's under new management who are the rudest people you'll ever meet. Sad to see the kind and friendly service replaced by ignorant ex-cons. Save your time and money and don't ever shop here. Will be sharing my horrible experience with everyone I know and hopefully the 2 women who now work the counter will be fired. Even if they're not they will likely end up back in prison.

Worst tobacco store ever, bad customer service, closes before posted closing hours, wasted trips and time, opens after posted opening hours, and they need to update thier website hours, just a mess
