Staff is super helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well organized. Nice flavor variety and easy to taste and try the flavors. Overall good experience, but I wasn't happy with the selection and explanation of gear options. Store was pretty crowded when I was there. Other customers seemed happy with their purchases and service. Bonus: They offer a veterans discount

Finally talked my fiancée into vaping to assist in riding cigarettes and initially customer service was awesome. Veteran discount.. well we went back and a different person was there and asked for the same type of flavor, got home and realized that the guy gave him 1.2 nicotine instead of the .3 that he liked took the unused boxes back and manager would not let him exchange them even with the receipt. According to the return policy on the original receipts he could within 14 days .. it was only overnight. Well needless to say this caused frustration and back to cigarettes 😔😡.

Manager Jeff refused to allow me to attempt a world record anal vape. Would not recommend to any serious anal vapers out there
