Excellent Store! I went in with a lot of questions and came out with a lot of knowledge and a lot of delicious merchandise. The store itself was clean and organized, but most importantly Ryan was stellar! He answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I didn't know if I wanted salt nicotine juice or regular juice and he was able to identify exactly what I was looking for with a few simple questions. I'm extremely happy he was there. Not only that, he's an awesome guy--so personable and fun to interact with. Going there with Whitney really made our day and we were happy with our purchase. We will be repeat customers to Avail for the quality, but specifically Merrifield because of Ryan. Thanks buddy!

I went in three days ago to get a vape in order to quit smoking, I didn't know a single thing about vaping and Ryan really went in depths giving me the necessary information about how to use the device and how what kind of juices I should get. Also I really hope he got his food not long after I left as he had been waiting for awhile :)

I literally just had the best customer service of my life. I walked in the store with a defect in my vape and Ryan completely took care of me. From the beginning he was extremely nice. He knows his vapes really well, he fixed my vape completely in no time and his demeanor was simply wonderful. I completely recommend this place. I bought my vape originally in Manassas and Brittany was extremely helpful. Then I went to the Merrifield branch and Ryan hooked it up with the repair. Excellent service
