The guy with dreads has got to be the worst customer service rep on the planet. It seems like you are seriously bothering him by walking into the store. His attitude, time and again, has given me many opportunities to hopefully disprove this theory before I just made a random and/or rash judgement call. Nope...still the same each time. Doesn’t seem like he’s going anywhere or changing his ways, so this store, however convenient, will not be visited by me again. There are plenty of other shops that will be more than happy to take my money and treat me as a valued customer. Hope you choose the same!

They have a good selection and fair prices, but every time I come in, their music is just awful. If it weren't for this, I would rate it five stars, but the music is just terrible and I can't stand being in the store because of this one thing alone. One of the guys that works here also seems like he is totally disinterested in helping out with questions, too, but I can overlook a moody employee. Please change your music!!!
