I went in yesterday and the two ladies there went above and beyond to help me find a coil that fits my vape. They didn’t carry my brand of vape and they did research to help me find something. Being out of town and in a pinch I appreciated it so much. Thank you so much for your help!!

Lack of customer service. I was a loyal customer for 2 years. Recently I decided to upgrade my Sigelei mod. At this point I had only used Sigelei mods for a very long time. The store didn't have the newest Sigelei mod that I was looking for but I was recommended a Wismec mod from a male employee whose name I don't know. I was very worried about this but I trusted their professional knowledge. At first I was satisfied with my purchase but after only three days I began having issues with it. The fire button was sticking and causing the mod to continually fire. I went into the store in order to swap it for a different brand and I was specifically looking for the Geek Vapes Aegis. They didn't currently carry this in their store so I just wanted a refund. The girl working the counter said she couldn't do that and would have to let Amy, the owner, handle it. She told me Amy would call me in a few days. So I went to another local store that had the mod I wanted and bought it there. After a few days I finally received a call but it was from a worker, not Amy. I was told they couldn't do a refund. After I tried to explain the situation more and how loyal of a customer I have been to them over the years the girl on the phone told me she would talk to Amy some more and call be back. She called me back and told me they could only do a swap instead of a refund and that was "the best they could do". I went and got my swap and now refuse to use this store because an owner allowed a $50 mod to come between her store and a loyal customer. This is such a small stupid thing to lose a customer over. After the thousands of dollars I've spend at her store I can't believe this is how it would end. I'm sorry but good customer service is everything and if you don't have it then you don't deserve my business.

The girl Chandler who works here is very nice makes trying out a new juice not that scary went in and new I wanted something Mango flavored and she knew exactly what was good and wasn't. I ended up getting the mango tea which while it was expensive it was one of the best juices. I highly recommend going to Hill City Vapors for a number of reasons their staff members are informed about products they have the best prices you'll find and the atmosphere there is great I've been to plenty of vape shops but this will be my go to!

These guys are always awesome. Large variety of juices and prices. Mod and tank prices are fair (and lower than anyone else around town). Furthermore, the customer service is excellent. I feel comfortable going in and talking to the staff. The staff is always personable and always give their honest opinion about products. Lastly, they KNOW their customers. I don't go in very often - maybe once a month or so - but they know what I usually get, what I'm looking for, etc. when I walk in the door. I'm pretty sure I'm one of a very small number of people who get a particular nic level on a particular juice and they always have it in stock (and order more when they know when I'm coming for it)!

The staff really knows their products. They'll lead you in the direction of the right juice for your tastes as well as the right vape device for your needs. Recommended for new vape users as well as experienced ones. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
