I was asked to leave the store because I refused to wear a mask. Those things make me uncomfortable. According to the edict you are allowed to refuse a mask if you claim respiratory problems but that didn't faze the lady behind the counter. I try to shop local and not order online but the lady behind the counter was rude. A small part of the fun of cigars is going to the store and picking out a bunch. It's supposed to be a pleasant experience in a pleasant atmosphere. I walked in the door and the lady started giving me a hard time about not wearing a mask. I turned around and walked right out, I was prepared to spend fifty bucks or more but I don't need cigars that bad, there's always online shopping. People need to keep a civil tongue in their heads when talking to customers.

Great selection of mods and juice. The employee made the experience uncomfortable. I understand the need for social distancing and preventative measures, but she I felt treated as if I were actively infected even with proper PPE. Perhaps a splash guard and actually wearing the mask that was on the counter rather than alienating customers would be a better option. I’m sure it’s just the times, but she should work on her delivery. Asking me to step back repeatedly where she didn’t ask the other two customers. If your experience is better, then this would be a great spot with a decent selection.

This has been my go to shop, ever since I moved from CA in 2015. They have never let me down. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My guy is Victor! Victor is very knowledgeable and will not just sell you something to take your money. He will tell you if it's right for you and go out of his way to get you exactly what you request. I now live in New Kent County and still make the 30+ min drive for my vaping needs.
