Rude pushy staff with a bad attitude. No knowledge of what they are selling. Not sure if they are related to other locations I have been to, but this one is the worst. The only "worst" one. Save your time and money and go somewhere else or other location.

Nice selection of product but the prices are scary.And these prices hold up in ALL of their stores,If you can make it to Manassas try Smoke Source they have the best prices.They are selling Hyde disposables for 12 dollars where Smoke source is 7.99 dont get ripped off. Kratom prices are fair but their disposable prices are insane.

Several thousand dollars was overcharged to our account. Our receipt that we signed reflected the amount we intended to spend and not the amount they took. We check our bank records regularly and caught the mistake. We politely notified the store and spoke with several people claiming to be managers. One “manager” suggested we come into the store and they would put the amount back on our card. We felt it would be safer to handle this through our bank and told the manager to notify the bank the charge was a mistake. When the bank and whatever manager spoke, our bank was informed that the charge was not a mistake and we in fact spent this amount. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!! We sent the receipt to the bank and they refunded us the money. Now the issue is between the bank and this specific location. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AS A CUSTOMER. If you still intend on using this location, make sure to use cash. The people who run this business are dishonest and probably steal on the regular from their consumers.

What the hell. This juice only comes in 120ml and they took it out of box to sell as individual bottle for $20 each. What a rip off. This is not the only issue I have with this company. Any location you go has different prices and they got some bad attitudes like they don't care of their customers. I would never go there and would not recommend this location or any other to anyone. Rip off people!!
