Zero customer service. Waaay behind and outdated inventory. If you're looking for a new device that recently came out, you won't find it here. The young guy with a baseball cap behind the counter is the reason I won't come back. Not sure what was his problem, I was trying to buy juice and a mod and give this place a chance but he had an attitude as soon as I walked in. Maybe the way I look? Not sure. I understand he's probably not the owner and having a bad day but at least provide the minimum service. I felt like He's doing me a favor by answering simple questions. That's not how you win a potential new customer. If you are new to vaping this place might be okay but no experienced vapors would be satisfied here.

Great place to get a vape! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in helping me select a product that was right for me. I highly recommend this place!

Limited inventory. Bad customer service. Not going back. I prefer to go to places where I feel welcomed. They're not the only vape shop in town.

Very good customer service! These guys go the extra mile to make the customer enjoy vaping as much as they do. Experienced builders for rebuilding, free cotton changes and inexpensive options for coils as well as more complex builds. They helped me install some custom hand made framed stapled fused Clapton coils. Jamie and Wyatt were geeking out having a blast setting them up and wicking! They even got then to fire on my regulated mod and adjusted them to fire at exactly .1 ohms and saved me the trouble of getting a mech mod right away! Super grateful for their service! I've gotten a good amount of very helpful advice from both Wyatt and Jamie have both given me great advice on how to go about rebuilding as a beginner and inexpensive mod upgrade options whether or not they carry the device. This speaks volumes about how much they care for the customer's needs having been pointed in the right direction for going about a mech mod setup. Jodie rebuilt my coils on my dead rabbit tank saving me from having to buy new coils to fire evenly and even wicked it too! Just fun to be around here and feels more like a lounge than a vape shop. Highly recommend seeing this awesome shop if you're nearby

If you live in the DMV or just visiting make sure you stop by this little gem of the vape world! Whether you’re new to vaping or a pro, this place has it all. The guys there are amazing and the sweetest! They take their time to help you select the perfect tools to get your vape on :) They are a wealth of information; any questions you have they’ve got the answers! They also stand behind the products they recommend and sell. There are some negative reviews on here that doesn’t sound accurate or equivalent to the same Vapor Theory that I visited. My experience there was nothing but exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Come visit Vapor Theory for all your vaping needs. I am positive that you won’t find or go to another place like it :) #vaportheorycustomerforlife
