great staff. knowledgeable and huge tasting section..great for someone like myself who was new to vaping. trying other places I found myself less excited and felt that the staff was lacking in many areas.

"it's not my job to know this stuff, you should know what coils you need". Apparently these guys don't know what their jobs are, won't fix their mistakes. Completely incompetent and slow. Don't shop here

Visiting from the UK...two years ago I visited this store and was greated by a very helpful young man who gave me all the information I needed about vaping as I was a smoker at the time. He explained everything and I walked out with all the start up kit I needed and not smoked a cigerette since that day. A 5+ star experience. Two years on and a very different time was had. Partly flattered that I was asked for ID (I'm 42 years old) before I could try/purchase any vape liquid, when I showed my driving licence I was informed that it needs to be a US state ID which I clearly don't have. I have no issue with proving that I'm 24 years older than the required age to purchase these products but I am shocked to hear that this company only excepts US identification. This must be a misinformed colleague as my UK driving licence is excepted when I buy your country's alcoholic beverages which I believe the age requirements are 21. Anyway just to inform you all that if you do want to buy anything from this store now.... remember you have to be a US resident and be able to prove this. Anyway I shall take my dollars elsewhere in the future....in the great words of Julia Roberts. ..... "you work on commission right? Big mistake....Huge...."$$$$$$$

Definitely won't be back. Customer service? waited five minutes; just wanted a taste. No biggie. Another customer comes in. While I'm waiting a second rep comes out and proceeds to help the couple already being served. Then the first rep, who saw me come in and saw I was the only other customer in the store while he was helping the couple, proceeded to serve the man who came in after me. Fortunately there are plenty of vape shops so I don't have to rely on this place. Good luck.
