STOP DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!I purchased a vapor a hookah pen and the pen never works from the day I bought it. I went back to return the pin with receipt in hand original boxing and they refused to replace or refund or even give me a credit toward a new one. I would not recommend anyone shops here none of their products are guaranteed nor do they cover a defective product stay away from this Vapor Shop.

I've been a customer of this VA Vape store for over a year now and I've had wonderful, friendly, helpful service right from the start. Employees are knowledgeable of their mods, juices and other mod accessories. HUGE selection of juices. Prices are reasonable and usually a bit lower than other high end vape shops without sacrificing quality. This is the place to go folks! :-)

Make sure you verify any PuffBars or disposable vapes you buy here BEFORE you leave the store. Two of the PuffBars I purchased here were flagged as counterfeit by PuffBar.com when I put my verification code in. And then a third PuffBar I purchased didn’t pull at all.

My favorite vape store in the area. I've been coming here for years now. The staff is always polite and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable. They always provide great recommendations on devices and flavors. Although they have stopped carrying some of my favorite flavors they always start carrying something new that I end up loving. Great store and my go to shop!

I have frequented this establishment several times and ALWAYS get the best service. The workers are AMAZING and pleasant and kind. They make sure you get what you’re looking, assist when you’re not sure of what you want, and make sure you know how to use whatever you choose to purchase. They spend as much time as needed with each customer to make sure that they are fully aware of the different options they have to help customers invest in the best product for them. Most definitely the best Vape shop in Hampton Roads I’ve been to many and they seem to have everything that I need whether it’s coils Vape juice even small parts to the device they have it and they’re very very helpful I highly recommend these guys

Place isn't bad, and staff seemed knowledgeable. But wow!!! They are absolutely overpriced. Quite possibly the most expensive vape store I've been to in the area. The Freemax coils they sell are $25 a box, which , EVERYWHERE else, the same box is $12.99. Their juices, Also about $5-$7 more for the same brand bottle at every other store in the area. Yea, i won't be back.
