Stopped in this store on a chance, and the guy working there, Holden, was very knowledgeable on all the different products y'all had in stock. And he helped me pick out my vaporesso degree as well as a good juice to help me quit smoking. Best vape I've had so far and fit what I needed perfectly. I honestly wasn't planning on picking up anything when I walked in, but he convinced me that it was a good buy, and I've loved it since I bought it. And he wasn't pushy about me buying, he just sold me on all the features it had and educated me on the differences in vaping since I last tried to pick it up in place of smoking.

You would usually go to any business to buy their product because of its quality, price, effectiveness, truth in advertisement, etc... but only one thing really matters when it comes to why you would go back to that business. For me, i went back over and over because of a staff member "Chris" who not only was knowledgeable when it comes to the products to the highest level of expertise, he also was a kind, accommodating and patient in explaining every flavor, every hardware while listening to my questions and concerns, and address them according to how they fit in the purchasing experience i was about to make. Chris was not only a reason i am trying vaping again but also because of how impressed i was by his professionalism and overall human qualities. Thank you Chris for all your help and for your genuine approach to salesmanship, you are one of a kind and in a league of your own.

I frequent this shop occasionally. After today though, this will be my one stop shop from now on. The associate Chris was so engaging. He patiently answered all of my questions and made some great recommendations and put my mind at ease! I've never been to a shop with such informative employees! Kudos for great customer service!
