Have been going to this place Mon-Fri everyday on my lunch break. The owner is a very good guy but his employees are a different story. I spend $30 a day there, $150 a week, $600 a month for a total of $7,200 a year only for one of his employees to call me a "junkie fiend". I will not be back to this shop. I like the owner but i will not be disrespected and called a "junkie fiend" by a condescending employee. If you go here i hope you go at a time when the owner is there.

The owner/ manager is almost down right disrespectful. He was pushy and came across very arrogant. My husband and I are vapers, this man wanted to sit there and tell me that the extensive prices for their vape juice is because of the new tax laws put upon it. I know and have been across the country, and know about the tax laws on juice. But not once even in California was I ever treated the way this person treated me. They don't have anything going for them they don't have house juice options. If you're in a bind and can't make it ANYWHERE else you do what you have to. I will never ever buy from this place again. I'll buy a pack of cigarettes before I ever step foot into this establishment again. In response to the owner comment, I would gladly take a refund, if there is a way to directly get in touch with you it is appreciated.

Friendly people here that remember you, and glad to recommend new things. Comfortable atmosphere and many many juice options... this is a well stocked shop that will take care of you.

I bought some replacement glass from them and at first I thought maybe I could get it elsewhere for a better price. However I bought from them and it’s the most durable glass I’ve yet seen! They have superior customer service as well, very friendly,helpful and down to earth!
