Went in last week to make the switch from JUUL to vape and the customer service there was just unreal. They made everything really clear for me, help me set everything up.... this place is the real deal!!! customer service is their number one priority for sure you can tell

Went in last Friday to get a new pen to replace one that I lost and was very happy with the experience. The sales guy listened to what I was looking for and gave a couple options, and steered me away from some of the more expensive ones because they weren't the right ones for me. They also have samples on the liquid to let you try out before they buy. He also talked about their "warranty" where you only deal with them for defective items and not thru the manufacture. A full five stars from me.
