I have been into this store several times and every time I do I’m unhappy. I have been vaping for a long time and the people in the store know nothing. I went in to get a coil the other day and was told that one from a different vape would fit mine. I didn’t know wether to believe them or not but I figured that they were the experts. I went home to change my coil to find that there was not a chance that it would fit. I went back to NEK vapor to get a refund because THEY sold me the wrong coil and they REFUSED. Very unimpressed. Will never return here.

Bought a aspire breeze. I asked for something inexpensive but would also help me with quitting smoking. Bought it for about $30 plus the e-juice and have basically quit smoking. The strawberry mango e-juice is freaking delicious and gives off a wonderful smell. The employees were helpful showed me how to fill it up and how it works. They new there product well.

Where to start? Several reviews on here are by current employees... please take high marks with a grain of salt. Overpriced!!! Seriously, if you want to go back ten years in cost then it's cool, but go online or the epic shop in Lebanon (unsolicited)! Mods: small selection, poor support policies, Staff: doesn't know much about the products or how to describe flavor profiles. Juice: small selection of a few companies, at least 20% more expensive than anywhere else. They hype the mix your own bar but the Leb one is bigger and more selection, plus the staff know what they are doing in Lebanon. The owners are paralyzed by their interpretation of the vape regulations and have a monopoly on the region because all their employees can't work for, or open their own shop, if they stop working at NEK. If you want a great selection of mods-juice-rda , knowledgeable staff, at a great price.... do not go here!!!! If you also want to look at a huge selection of beers, pipes, decorations, and some adult back room products- go to Lebanon, worth the drive!!!!

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere and great customer service, also very knowledgeable staff! Plus they offer a warranty with all their devices which is something you normally don't get with buying online. Love NEK Vapor! ❤
