I have been using e-Cigs for about 6 years. I was so happy when Vermont Vapor opened so it was easier to buy my supplies and liquid. Both Adam and Linda are extremely knowledgeable about their products and their liquids are locally produced with the finest ingredients. It's fun to just go in and have a cup of coffee, listen to music, read the paper and just chat with Linda. It's so cozy in there and comfortable. It real is a "vapor cafe", just like they advertise.

I love this place. I don't get the one review about the Cubis tank...I have three of them, but am still using just the first one. Also, Linda and Adam very very knowledgable and know the products well, especially the juice. Which, BTW, is the best from anywhere. I've tried a lot, and while you can get cheaper juice, you can't get better. Half of vaping is the taste, and the flavours at Vt Vapor can't be beat. I gave up buying anything else a long time ago, and Vt Vapor is my only juice supplier.

I not sure if I missed the link to leave a review on the Facebook site or not, but I'll leave my input here. The first couple of times I stopped in, I was impressed with the customer service but not about the amount information I was getting. I mentioned several times that I'm new to vaping, and was left very confused about instructions I received on all of my visits. Yesterday, I purchased the Cubis tank. And was told the coils that came with it wouldn't operate properly with my mod. So, I bought a pack of them, with one of them being installed at the shop. I used the vape on my way out and it sucked the fluid right up the mouth piece. I thought maybe it was because I didn't have enough fluid initially. So I shrugged it off, went home, and re filled it. Four could later, and two large burns on my upper lip, I decided to give up- thinking I maybe didn't have enough knowledge about the tank, so I went to a shop closer to me. Only to be told I was sold improper coils, and given wrong information. The coils that came with the Cubis were in fact the proper ones to be used with my mod. I wasted 15$ on a pack of coils. I also wasted my time by driving over an hour. I recommend more explanation of how vaping works, especially when someone is new to this. People could literally get hurt from poor customer service and information out forth, especially when mentioning how new I am... Several times. I won't be coming back, and will not be recommending to my friends to stop there any longer.

Not sure about those poorly rated reviews, but I had an excellent time at this shop. It's right down the road from me, so it's super convenient. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ONLINE STORE. Maybe they haven't updated it yet. But I was pleased to see the variety they had! All types of starter kits, mech mods, box mods, tanks, all of well-known, well-reviewed brands. I ogled over an Aspire Nautilus and what I believed was an iStick for a while. Anyway, I poked in to buy some of their e-juice (which they make themselves. Max VG, and very delicious. 20 bucks for a 30ml, can't beat it. I grabbed their Sugarhouse mix), but I ended up walking out with an eGo One kit as well, which I am thoroughly pleased with. Linda AND Adam are two very friendly, very helpful people. I was very happy with the service I got here, and their willingness to let me try all sorts of products in shop before I made my decision. I highly recommend this place, especially for the new vapers!

I quit smoking cigerettes 2.5 years ago thanks to Linda who works there @ Vermont Vapor she incouraged me to try the e cig and here I am smoke free!!!! , she is the friendliest person, has helped me numerous times with great patience when I needed help with the e-cig, their service is fast, accurate and ships out the day I order it, Never had a problem with this friendly company !!!
