Vince is amazing! He really tries to make sure you’re taken care of and happy. I called four other vape shops before calling him and none of them had my coils for my captain tank. Vince special ordered them for me! Couldn’t be happier with this store. The items he has in stock are high quality as well. I am a permanent customer for sure.

Went in to buy new coils and he was so helpful and informative. We went in for coils and juice and walked out with a new mod, tank t-shirt and 2 juice and we love them all. Very friendly and didn't feel any pressure or anything we mainly just talked and joked like we were regulars. Can't wait to go back and buy more stuff!!!! My new favorite vape shop!!

Excellent customer service! Great atmosphere. He was willing to order the piece I wanted and it's being delivered within a few days! He has a huge knowledge base and really knows his products. He knew exactly what I was talking about. It's great to come to this shop and be treated with the kind of service that I haven't gotten anywhere else. I'm thoroughly impressed!! This is by far the best vape shop I have been to. It has way better customer service than iVape without question and better selection than any of the House of Hookah shops I've visited. This is definitely my new go to shop!!
