Tamara is so awesome!! When I asked for a specific juice, she took me into the office to talk to another guy Riley. They sounded so knowledgeable and let me know they sell 72 different lines of juice. I'm way excited to have found a new place for all my accessories and flavors. The attentive customer service and care is amazing. If you're looking for a place that will help And supply all your Custom needs for Vaping.....Vapor Craziness is definitely the place!!! I just wanted to give a huge shout out, plenty of gratitude and thanks, to Seim and especially Paul. After a rough week I had come in and bought what I needed, then a few hours later, upon opening it up at 12:30 in the morning, I had a problem with my product. I sent an email to Paul and by opening the next morning I had an email back and a text. These guys hella helped me out in getting this fixed and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve never had a problem before with product and this was just a freak accident and these guys helped me out. After a rough week, having that happen just after purchase was a crappy way to end the day but after talking to these guys, I feel extremely better and happy! Paul went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of! Again, a huge Thanks to both of you guys. I’ve been coming to VC since they were at their old shop, when I was 19, so a good 6 years now and I’m gonna continue to be an avid, happy customer. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service today, and since the beginning! You guys rock!
