Great, helpful people without any pretense. I enjoy going here for replacement coils and new tanks, and when you go for juice, they make it fresh and their knowledgeable staff can help you find just what you need. They brings me to the only con. There juice selection ideas quite abysmal. They have their house line and a couple of other off brands. Also, theory house line is as expensive as premium juices from the big names. Still, is a great shop run by people who seem to know their stuff. Well worth a visit, and the loyalty program is a good one

Loyal customer from Utah, now living in Florida. I started coming here the month they opened. I only order one flavor of e-juice and they are the only store that makes this flavor. I order my e-juice regularly from this store. Only once did they miss my order and they promptly resolved the issue. Most of the time I receive my order within 3 days. I still very my free bottle at buying so many. I don't keep track but they do. Thanks for a job well done.
