Not happy with my experience. Customer service seems good but I purchased a medium sized hookah for $70 and was told it was “very good quality”. It did not smoke very well, not sturdy at all. Less than a week after the side pieces were falling off. I took it back to try to return it or exchange it and was told there was nothing they could do. I have bought a hookah somewhere else before for the same price and the quality was way better. Disappointed

Saif works at the smoke shop and always helps me out when I’m there it’s fast and quick and they help you with everything you need. A lot of excellent items there of wide range. I would highly recommend this store.

This smoke shop has the most amazing wonderful staff I've ever met. Not only are they caring and courteous they actually show they care for me as a person. They are some of the greatest people/friends I've ever met. I refuse to go anywhere else. I hope they read this because I want them to know how much they have truly been there for me. They are absolutely wonderful!
