I can be very difficult to deal with as I'm not very knowledge or understanding when it comes to advance technology or the inner workings of things like vaporizers. Greg has always taken the time to explain to me the why behind it all. Because of this, I have the best vaporizer and the flavors I choose fit my liking as the owners are always prepared to let you sample so that you don't walk out a dissatisfied costumer. Clean environment, always something interesting on the television, and just an overall "chill" environment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Greg & Cyndi (owners) were very knowledgeable about all the products they sold in their shop & answered every question my wife & I had. We ended up purchasing more than we intended only because they were so helpful in directing us towards trying things we might enjoy. We never got the "hard sell" at any time, just a lot of knowledge from these folks. After purchasing a new product from them, Greg took the extra time to ensure I knew how to properly use the product including dis-assembly & maintenance. Wonderful folks, will definitely do business with them in the future.

Excellent service! Owners are very informative, patient and kind. They took A LOT of time with me as I am new to the vapor world. They asked me a lot of questions to find suitable products for me and also products to fit my budget. They weren't out just to make a sale or just to get money. They truly made every attempt to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will continue to be a loyal customer as I was treated like family at Allied Vapor.

Finally a place my wife and I can go that is NOT run by punk kids! This is a clean, well lit, and well presented store that we enjoy going to. All other vapor stores we have been to feel dark and dirty and the young people running them are not very helpful if not downright rude. This place is better suited for your more affluent vapor customers and it's the only one we have been to like this. Keep up the good work an we will keep coming back!

So this is my first experience ever with vaping. I purchased a new vaping kit. Smok alien kit 220 for 100 bones. Within less than 24hrs the tank with the coils in it, spark. It look like it blew out. Something flash and I fear that it was gonna blow up on me. From some stories I have heard beforehand. Well lucky me it did not. So to my confusion I came back to the store hoping to understand what went wrong. The owner/sale person didn't know anything. I literally means he has no knowledge of the product that he is selling. All he kept saying is that this is a good brand and very very good. Me being new to vaping, I just bought another coil set for 25 more of my dollars. A few days later I went to Houston to visit family. While there my brother who convince me to try vaping took me to some other stores there. Well to my surprise one of the knowledgeable people there pointed that the brass ( I'm gonna call it a firing pin). Was flush with the surrounding area. Apparently that part has to be sticking out. In other words it was a defected product. Back at the original shop I told the owner of the issue. Explaining to him that he sold me a defected product. Instead of simply exchanging it for another one or a refund. He kept trying to sell me another one or simple beating around the bush for what he did. After 30min of being patient with the guy I simply demanded to either refund or replace it. He refuse. I actually sold some extra juice to some of his customers there while I was trying to fix my problem. He didn't know what they was asking. Seeing that these new customers were buying juice as a gift. I figure I help them out. Seeing that I just help made this guy a sale. Maybe he would of have a change of heart. Nope. Long story short. Don't come here, prices are way higher than other areas. And this guy just doesn't know his product at all.
